The kitchen is nice and the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms stay clean, yet the dorm feels chaotic because people leave their stuff everywhere on the floor, and the staff could handle that better; if you get a top bed, there’s no roof so the light shines straight into your face, which is annoying, and items can fall off the side of the beds below you or even into another guest’s locker.

When I stepped into the hostel, Alexis welcomed me immediately, walked me through everything, helped me plan my trip if I was unsure, and stayed on top of making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the stay.

The vibe was really sociable, and Gio and Claudia are absolute assets—lovely, fun, super helpful, and genuine. A few staff members were difficult to get transport info from, but Gio was a lifesaver.

The hostel is very pretty, comfy, and clean. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the hostel runs various events during the week that make socializing a breeze. I definitely recommend the pupusas class!

The location is good. The shower curtain had funghi on it, and the laundry service had problems.
