For us it was one of the most beautiful, most comfortable hotels with super friendly staff in the best location in Saas Fee. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

For the first dinner we were seated where they told us to with our dog, but at lunch on day one we couldn’t sit where we wanted with our dog stroller; the second lunch worked fine with the stroller.

The location is very good and the transport service to the parking where you leave the car works very well. The staff are very friendly. The food is good. There isn’t a cosy lounge. The reception staff didn’t know anything about possible excursions in the area. There’s a building under construction directly opposite, closed for a year, and if the room faces that area the view is very ugly.

The location was spot‑on and the room felt really nice, especially the super comfy bed, but the housekeeping didn’t live up to five‑star standards and the breakfast was nothing special.
