The breakfast was very good and the location is excellent, but the internet didn’t work in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, the dining and kitchen staff were wonderful, and the reception was very helpful in resolving issues, but the entrance carpet needs an urgent replacement—it’s dirty and worn.

“Un mal colchón arruinó nuestra estancia”

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and Alessandro took great care of us. The location was good. The worst part was the mattress; it sagged and the springs poked through, probably as old as the building itself. It's hard to believe a hotel would have a mattress in that condition.

“Bardzo dobrze spędzony czas, aż chętnie chciałoby się wrócić.”

The hotel is in a superb location, the staff were friendly and there were no problems; we were able to leave our luggage after check‑out to explore more before returning. Breakfast was very tasty, daily housekeeping was good, and we were pleasantly surprised by tea and water on arrival. I highly recommend it! The only downside was the line at breakfast during peak hours, which required a short wait for a table.

“Freundliches und komfortables Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert”

The room was still fairly newly renovated, tasteful and comfortable, and room service was very good, yet at breakfast there was oat milk for the cereals, but no milk alternative for the coffee machine, and only butter was offered instead of margarine—nothing terrible, but not great either.
