Great location, shame about the noise and the state of the rooms - they were really dirty, which put a damper on my stay.

This place has a fantastic location and their restaurant food is really good, but the room fell short. The bed was too small, the AC was leaking, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, plus it wasn't clean.

The service was very good, but I found the staff to be a bit too pushy for my liking.

Conveniently located right at Vrindivan Gate, making it easy to find - but that's where the positives end. The hotel's policy of demanding advance payment over WhatsApp after booking, and threatening cancellation if not received within 15 minutes, was really off-putting. And to top it off, they didn't provide towels, instead offering dirty ones and a clean bed sheet as a substitute.
