The way to the room was odd; you have to go through the main hotel, walk down a dark corridor, and then into a secondary building that has no elevator. My wife, who has asthma, had a nighttime attack because of the filthy carpet. We also found compression socks under the bed and the window wouldn’t open. On the second day, when we returned at 15:30, the room was still not ready. By 17:00, when we left, it was too late, because the staff claimed they only work up to 10 hours a day. That’s obvious but not a valid excuse; if they’re not enough, hire one more. A room that wasn’t cleaned at 15:30 is unacceptable. There was no shampoo, no tea or coffee in the room, no iron, and the closet was too small. Unworthy of a 4‑star rating. The price is far too high for the quality. Only the location is worth it. Stay away.

The accommodation can’t be rated because it was uninhabitable. Unfortunately, the already paid amount is still pending!

The front desk guy was super friendly and helpful when we arrived on the night of October 7th. The room itself was ridiculously tiny, and you have to walk through a literal garbage stench to get there.
