The location, staff attentiveness, and cleanliness were great. However, there are no extra blankets or throws, no heating, and the windows are not sound‑proof. There are no Kleenex or a work table.

The staff service was horrible. We were denied food at 10:30 pm even though the menu in the room stated service until 11 pm. There was no air conditioning, the jacuzzi water wasn’t served and was drained, and we waited over thirty minutes for a room change. When we finally got a new room, there was a large gap between the blinds and the outside light shone straight into our face at night, and during the day everything was visible from outside. We just wanted to rest and stay cool, and neither of those things was possible here.
