The private pod‑style bed was nice and the staff were friendly, yet the rooms were scorching with no airflow, the air‑con was weak, and the narrow ladders to the top bunk felt unsafe.

The spot is great. There was no place to stash items in the toilet and the soap dispensers were filthy.

I was moved to a new bed twice because the outlets or lights weren't working, but the staff were very friendly and kept checking on me. The hostel is right in the city center, surrounded by a lot of people.

The location is probably the best if you want to explore downtown Boston, and the price is good. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The pod’s fan, light control, and bed level were all fine. Even though it’s downtown, I felt safe in the neighborhood. The only small issue was that when I arrived some bathrooms were out of order and some lights didn’t work, but those problems were eventually fixed.

I liked the idea and think it will get better, but it's not ready for prime time yet. My pod had no lights working even after the staff promised a fix, so I left early that night.
