The place is beautiful, well‑set, close to the lake, and great for enjoying the facilities when the weather’s good. However, the room had a strange odor of herbs and cat urine, as if it was poorly ventilated.

The green areas and pool were great, and the walk to the lake is lovely too. The hot water didn’t work, the jacuzzi wasn’t heated, and the bubbles didn’t work (only plain water). They also took a long time to reply to messages.

The greenery and the pool were great, but the bike wheels were flat.

The location was good, but the assigned room was in a disastrous state; lack of ventilation made the air stuffy and I noticed a strong damp smell, and the air‑conditioning never worked, making it very uncomfortable to sleep, especially with an extremely hard mattress that made restful sleep impossible—a basic necessity for any guest. The dining experience was also very frustrating; I wanted to dine at the restaurant, but I was told the chef had been fired and there was no service, which I find unacceptable for a hotel that charges high prices. Overall, I feel I did not receive any value for the money I paid.
