“Horrible”
The location and the pool were good. The staff were deplorable from the moment I arrived; a certain Mat* was very arrogant and unmotivated to solve my problem when I asked to pay for a larger room after realizing I’d booked the wrong one on Booking. I had to wait in the night hall for two hours until the complaint was filed. The next day I planned to extend my stay and informed the host, bar*, who told me to come back later while I was on a professional call. When I asked how to apologize, he replied with a cheeseburger, so I went to get a McDonald’s menu. The following day, check‑out was slightly late by 20 minutes. When I went down, he told me no one could accommodate me here. I had already stayed here several times before. His remarks were very hurtful. Thanks, Barna***.
