The accommodation was fine, but I was annoyed that the TV remote wasn’t handed over.
“No mantiene el precio si pagas con tarjeta de crédito”
I didn’t like that the price listed didn’t include a 5% fee that the establishment should absorb. For the customer, it’s clear when the bank charges the place for a credit card payment, but the agreed price isn’t upheld from the moment of booking.

I liked how organized everything was and how clean it all felt. There were board games, an indoor dining area for rainy days, and a tidy bathroom. Julia, the lady in charge, was very friendly and the food was a perfect 10/10. The only hiccup was that the directions weren’t 100% clear, but it wasn’t a big deal.
The location, décor, and breadth of services offered were great and surpassed my expectations. The staff’s customer service was zero professionalism; they need proper training in tourist hospitality.
