We loved the location, just a short walk from the quieter end of Hikkaduwa beach.
Our spacious and clean rooms had great air conditioning, and the pool area was super inviting.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our requests.

Garden views are visible from the air‑conditioned Double Room with Garden View. The room contains one double bed for two guests, a wardrobe and a safe deposit box, and a flat‑screen TV with a tea and coffee maker. The private bathroom includes a shower, a bidet and a hairdryer.
The place is wonderful for relaxation and we’re not visiting for the first time because it’s worth it. Saman made our stay very comfortable; any issue was resolved in a few minutes. It’s nice to feel truly valued. We were the only guests at the resort off‑season and rested so well that we achieved our main goal and are eager to get back to work 😆.

The location is superb, breakfasts are hearty and tasty, and the grounds are spacious and attractive. However, the early‑morning sweeping of the area in front of the room at 7 am was extremely irritating and disturbed the peace—please remind staff that guests come primarily to relax. Breathing the smoke near the pool is unpleasant; please dispose of waste off‑site instead of burning it while guests are present. Housekeeping only entered the rooms twice over two weeks, and only after we asked, which seems insufficient. We also spotted cockroaches under the sink, which, while perhaps tolerable, was off‑putting. Overall it’s okay but pricey given these issues.

A perfect spot for a family getaway, with a large, clean pool and very friendly, responsive staff, especially manager James who went out of his way to find and slice durian for our child. We’ve switched hotels five times, so we have a good basis for comparison, and this place stands out. The nearby railway runs so rarely it’s barely audible, offering far more quiet than beachfront properties. Extra kudos for the coworking area—it’s simply fantastic. Everything we experienced was enjoyable.
This place is absolutely great – cozy and secluded. The pool is a major plus, as is the coworking space. The staff did their best to make our stay smooth. However, we often had to wait too long for our meals or they forgot to bring the correct order. It was probably a lack of English or miscommunication, but it was quite annoying.
