Room was great, staff was amazing and the breakfast was incredible. I was expecting the spa/lounge to be a lot better in my opinion but other than them 2 it was a great stay

The place was very clean. On arrival there was no car park, only one lift working for the whole hotel. When we went to the bar to ask for a wine bucket and ice, the staff refused. They only gave water for free if we bought a bottle. Not happy.

I loved the room and the ease of check‑in and check‑out. Cleanliness was fantastic, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff were professional and attentive. The shower head was very loose and didn’t sit straight in the holder, making the bathroom floor very wet. The soap dispensers weren’t full (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner). Lifts were reduced due to a technical fault, not easily helped, which we understood; it was a little disruptive but honestly not the end of the world!

The place was clean, pretty central, and the staff were great. One of the lifts was out of service, so the queues were horrendous.
