Breakfasts and dinners were very complete, the food was a bit simpler, and the staff were attentive. However, the variety of dishes was limited, occasional bad smells came from the bathroom, and there were no spare towels at the pool in the late afternoon before the pool closed.

The Wi‑Fi covered the whole resort. The staff were not friendly, the food was only average for the price and lacked variety and authenticity, with long queues at the food stations that felt like a canteen. The pool was freezing and needed heating. The sewage smell outside the Breeze bar near the pool was overwhelming. On our last day there was confusion over lunch after we checked out; while waiting for a taxi, my son had lunch and my wife joined, and I was asked to pay for all three. I had said I would pay for my son only, but the staff insisted that if I didn’t pay, the waitress would be made to pay, which was shocking. I ended up paying, and the staff’s behavior was disgusting. I will never return.

The gardens are beautiful and the kids club is excellent. The Marrakech excursion organized with a great driver and guide is worth it. Perfect for families. No complaints.

The green areas and pools were gorgeous, especially the extra pool for adults. However, the rooms fell short of expectations; they were cramped and missing many essentials, particularly for a five‑star hotel charging 2500 dhs per night. In one room there were no shower towels, no dryer, and no coffee machine with capsules, which is the bare minimum at that price. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up. I also noticed a lack of pool towels; I was told everything was taken and none were available, which was disappointing. Frankly, it doesn’t justify the cost at all.
