The staff were friendly and helpful. My assigned room had a strong mold smell and the walls were also peeling from moisture. Opening the window for 15 minutes to freshen the room didn’t eliminate the odor; I started sneezing. I immediately went to reception for a new room and explained the situation. The shower/bathroom wasn’t really clean and the sink drain was grimy. Thankfully the staff quickly gave me a different room and helped me move, which I really appreciated. For me, it’s not a recommendation.
