The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the staff added extra room time for guests while still lowering the price, earning 10 points.

I booked a room for four people but was given one big bed and one small bed, which felt cramped and not like the photo. The cleaning was spotty, with a dusty bed frame and dirty floor.

I reserved a 30 m² room but the actual space was under 20 m². There was no fridge, the room felt tight, and adding a bed left no power outlets.

The staff were very unprofessional. The reception smelled like mothballs as soon as I stepped in, the bathroom wall was covered in mold, and the vanity sink was clogged. The old king bed had springs sticking out, causing back pain after just one night. The blanket was horribly smelly and seemed never washed until I demanded a new one. There was no safe, and I had to ask for a kettle before I could boil water.
