The place was a complete mess, and there was no proper service; even when I raised concerns, nothing was fixed.

The dinner was great, and overall the hotel was clean, spacious, and had courteous staff, but there were a few annoyances: I never got hot water throughout my stay, the cleaner did a good job with the bed but forgot to change our cups and replace the tea bags, the voltage fluctuated during the night when it was raining heavily and the room would go dark before coming back on; despite these issues, it’s a great hotel and worth the price.

The room, facilities, and ambience were good, but the AC in my room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it; they offered an alternative room with the same problem and didn’t move us; my 8‑month‑old son and the family struggled because the AC wasn’t cooling; a cockroach was found on the dining table in the restaurant; the pool was dirty; I requested breakfast in the room for an early morning trip, but coordination between departments was poor, and I didn’t receive the food items they had confirmed, not even a glass of water, tea, or juice; proper management could fix all this since the facilities are good.
