Apartments and rooms by the sea Komiza, Vis - 2431

The location is excellent, everything is close, especially the beach. The room, though small, was very clean and tidy. Communication with the owner was poor, and the arrangements weren’t honored. The bathroom is shared by multiple rooms, contrary to what we were told it was for only two rooms, and it isn’t cleaned often enough given the number of guests. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the pillows are thin and worn, and there are no outlets near the bed.

“Not as expected”

The location is good. The apartment is way too small, and so is the toilet. The toilet smells because of a bad drain installation.

“This great location makes everything easy!!”

The spot is fantastic—restaurants, bars, and cafés are just a 5‑minute walk away, the supermarket is 8 minutes on foot, and the beach fronts the building so the room offers a great sea view. We had our own bathroom and a small kitchen (other rooms might not have a private bath). The apartment also has a communal kitchen where you can cook anything, and the top‑floor terrace is cozy with a big table and chairs; the view from there is premium too. The owner was kind and helpful. The only downside is the room has just one outlet— a two‑port socket in the middle of the wall— and nothing on the bedside wall, so we had to juggle charging two phones and other devices, definitely needing a long extension cord. There isn’t enough space to hang laundry; most shops don’t have it either, so bring your own. Getting to the room requires stairs, but the location makes it worth it.
