The location was good, the breakfast was fine, the staff was great, and the outside porch was great. However, our room was freezing and had a musty smell, the windows were filthy, the room was dark, the rugs were dark, and the chairs felt unclean, yellowed, and just plain dirty. The room was at the end of the corridor and the neighboring room was loud. The rooms are dark. Outside is another story.

The proximity to town and walking distance were convenient, but the lighting inside the room was somewhat weak, though workable with the nightstands.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well decorated, and the location was great—just a short walk to Main Street in Copperstown.

The place was very clean and the room was large; the location was beautiful and within easy walking distance from downtown. Continental breakfast was available all day, water was available throughout the day, and parking was ample. Nothing else.
