I didn’t like the white washcloth with a brown stain or the sink that wouldn’t drain; when I told the manager, he ignored my suggestion to replace the $2 washcloths that couldn’t be bleached, said “just a minute,” left the room, and returned with a handful of soiled towels and washcloths, tossing them on the floor in front of my feet, claiming “this is what people leave.” He didn’t answer why he wouldn’t withhold my deposit or replace the items, saying they had no money in their accounts, and his excuses made it clear he only manages for customers who cost him money. The buckled carpet and holes in the wall are not enough to bring me back.
