We were welcomed with a glass of fizz, which was a lovely touch. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was really big and comfy. We used the pool, sauna and steam room which was lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were on the 4th floor, would definitely request a higher room next time as the views are great. Although we didn't use the dining/bar areas, they looked really smart. Would highly recommend this hotel, its a great location to Tower Bridge and the sights, plus easy walk to Algate and Tower Hill tube stations. Really great stay. The only thing i can comment on is the poolside and changing room could have been kept tidier, there was alot of used towels dumped with no clear place to leave them and they hadn’t been collected. We ordered breakfast in bed, but no one had collected the door card with our choices, I called room service in the morning and the staff did a great job with rectifying the issue and delivering it to us just a little outside the time we'd requested
