I loved how excellent everything was, but the lack of tranquility was a downside.

The staff—front desk, kitchen, housekeeping—were outstanding, earning a perfect 10 for the team; the pool was absurdly good and breakfast was very tasty, making me grateful for the stay, yet the Wi‑Fi never worked.

The location was good, but every time I entered the hotel a staff member stopped me to check if I was a guest, sometimes the same person asking the same question repeatedly; it might help to find a way to identify guests without constantly asking the same thing.
