The house was impeccably tidy, spacious, and modernly equipped – everything you need for a comfortable stay. The upper terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, with a comfy sofa, loungers, and a large jacuzzi where you can truly enjoy peace. In short, it offers everything for a flawless break. We had a great time with family, and the experience felt extra special because the house looks amazing and you’re literally on the water – something truly unique! The only small issue worth mentioning is that keeping the floors clean is a bit harder, so a vacuum would be handy.

When we arrived at the floating house it was very warm inside despite the AC being turned on. We had concerns that the AC wasn't working properly which was an issue as the temperatures were in the mid 30°C range. We contacted the property manager and mentioned the issue. He finally agreed to visit the property that evening to check. He told us the AC was fine. In hindsight the issue seems to have been that the AC hadn't been running much before we arrived and that was the reason for the higher than expected interior temperatures. However this was never communicated to us by the Property Manager as the reason for the temperature being high inside the property. Overnight the temperature inside the property came down and was absolutely great for the rest of our stay. This is something for others to bear in mind if they experience the same issues. As always, clear and open communication is key

The houseboat was nice, the area was calm, and there were good options for swimming both in the sea and at the pool club. The sunset from the houseboat was beautiful. Walking 10‑15 minutes to good restaurants and a cozy spot was easy. The view from the boat was great. The hosts were friendly and quickly supplied new towels when requested. We were very happy to stay there. The receptionist at check‑in was rude and sour, offered no help, and gave us no information at all. We had to figure everything out ourselves. It was a bit pricey.
