Riad Khouloud, a 12th-century restored riad in Fez medina's centre, offers an authentic Moroccan experience. Traditional guest rooms feature air conditioning, mini bar, TV, and internet. Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the medina. Local excursions and guided tours can be organised. The riad is 5 minutes from the city centre and 20 minutes from Fez Airport.

I was initially charmed by the friendly staff at this riad, and the fact that I could park my car right outside was a bonus. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not live up to its description. It was essentially a small riad with rooms and breakfast for guests, with the parking lot located on the street. The biggest issue was that it was not well-heated, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

I had the privilege of staying in a 500-year-old riad, which was beautifully maintained by the Nour Eddin family, including Aisha and Fatima. They took great care to adapt the ancient house to the climate of Fez and showed a lot of dedication and love for their work. Unfortunately, I don't have any negative comments to share, as we had a very comfortable stay.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although the staff was friendly, the overall experience was marred by numerous issues. Upon arrival at 1 am, I found the rooms to be freezing, with a temperature of 13 degrees Celsius. The beds were unmade, and there was only one remote control for three rooms. The heating system was inadequate, given the size of the room. To make matters worse, there was no soap provided, only two doses of shampoo that were not replenished the next day.

I had a wonderful stay at this riad, thanks to the warm welcome, great availability, and beautiful room/suite. The patio and terrace were lovely, and the breakfast was plentiful. The parking was also very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was really looking forward to staying in this beautiful riad, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The interior is stunning, with beautiful wooden doors, zelliges, and a lovely ceiling. However, the room I stayed in was not as impressive, with a dirty carpet and high humidity. The bathroom was also a major concern, as the electrical outlet was located near the shower, which wasn't protected by a wall, making it a safety hazard.
