The hotel and garden are magnificent, with hummingbirds visiting the flowers. We had the best welcome we’ve had in Colombia; the owners go out of their way to please you and cook well. The only minor issue is that the hot water in the jacuzzi could be fixed.

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was tasty and a nice start. The hotel sits in a convenient spot in the city. On the downside, the road to get there is a bit dangerous and poorly lit after dark. The double bed in the family room was a bit firm, and there were only two power sockets, which made it tough for five people to keep phones charged. The TV only had local channels, so we couldn't stream Netflix.

The staff were super friendly, especially Katherine and John who were so warm. The food was delicious, and the facilities were comfortable. It's close to the city but tucked in nature, making it a perfect spot. Honestly, everything I liked.
