The hotel is well situated near the Cultural Park, the room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a Nespresso machine, and the reception and bar staff were very friendly; the afternoon tea is a nice touch. Breakfast could start earlier—other hotels we stayed at in China begin at 6.30/7am, but here it starts at 8, so if you’re heading to see the pandas or on another trip you’ll miss it.

The location is excellent, with plenty of great places to eat nearby and the cultural park just a short walk away, and the staff were friendly. Nothing to add.

We had a great time here; the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the coffee, afternoon tea and outdoor space were highlights. The room was comfy and stylish, and the Marshall speaker was a nice touch. The self‑service laundry was convenient, and a charming local Chinese restaurant is just around the corner. All in all, a wonderful stay with thoughtful details that made us feel welcome, so I’d definitely recommend it. No complaints.
