“Maravillosa estancia”
Everything. Comfort, facilities, cleanliness, super friendly and attentive staff, excellent food, good atmosphere.

The overall setting, large comfortable rooms with a small terrace, a nice pool, and friendly staff were positives. However, our new DELSEY suitcase was broken by a bellhop who couldn’t operate the telescopic handle and forced it open. The staff were poorly trained and didn’t respond to our complaint message, and the hotel didn’t address the issue at all—this isn’t serious or professional for a hotel of this level. Breakfast is expensive and doesn’t match the rest of the services.
