The spot was spot on, right in the heart of town, but I have to say it was a real shame that the stairs to the apartment were so steep and not marked by the hotel. The mattress and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. There was a kitchenette, yet no table or chairs for meals, just a small desk nailed to the wall. The biggest ridiculous thing was the lack of a wardrobe or even drawers—only a wobbly rack to hang a couple of jackets.

The location is absolutely fantastic for short walks, with the harbor, bus stop, city, restaurants and shops right next door. Tip: grab a tasty breakfast at the Naval—top notch. The self‑check‑in was very well organized and worked flawlessly. I might be a bit spoiled from previous stays, but the toothbrush cup should look clean. Unfortunately there was too little dishware and it was dirty. Two nights are fine, but a longer stay would be a no‑go. My room had no balcony, only a tiny shared balcony with a bit of sea view, too small to relax on. My room had two windows facing the street where many mopeds park; after a certain time it gets pretty noisy. Nearby, there’s probably a very impulsive neighbor who regularly shouts everything.

Mrs. Boulas was wonderful and very sweet!! The room was spotless and very comfortable. Maybe the location was a bit sleepy because of the uphill and the stairs, because miles were next to everything but the distances were just difficult.
