“Excelente, familiar y acogedor”

The game room was perfect for our family with kids; it was awesome. Parking is off‑site, but it’s right across the street and the area is quiet, so that’s not a big issue.

Super comfortable, great location, excellent service. The room was very spacious and had everything needed. The pool water was too cold for this season.

“The hotel was pleasant and the small town was magical.”

Very quiet, safe and clean. The restaurant was closed; we arrived late in the afternoon and had to plan dinner in the small town. It was a very pleasant evening.

“El mejor lugar para descansar después del paseo por Huasca de Ocampo”

The facilities were spectacular, and because I have plantar fasciitis, climbing many stairs is hard, they gave us a ground‑floor room, the play area, the terrace, the kids’ area, the jacuzzi in the room, and the cleaning was all great. We were given free parking and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Very accessible, they accept all payment methods. The pool water is cold and the opening hours are limited to 10‑8, so if you arrive later you can’t use it until the next day, and if you leave early you can’t use it either. Even though there are many tables available, the bar/restaurant service isn’t obvious; I don’t know if it was low season, but it would be great if they offered food and drinks.
