I had a long stay and honestly it was a wonderful vacation. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast excellent, and all the staff were exceptional and very kind, especially Bani, who made my stay perfect. He guided me step by step, booked ferry tickets to the islands, and arranged a taxi to Kota Baru. A beautiful, polite, friendly, available, and very pleasant person. Thanks with ❤️ to everyone from Deborah and Andrea.

The room turned out to be large and clean, the hotel is nice, the breakfast is very abundant, international, and good. The gym is small but has everything needed. Good value for money to go back and forth to the Perenthian for a few days. We were aware of the location, but we didn’t expect that reaching the pier would require a bit of a walk that wasn’t very pleasant. In any case, Grab rides were often available for convenient transportation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairfield, a spot that’s impeccably clean, offers a solid breakfast, and has a warm, helpful staff. A special shout‑out to Bani at reception, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable—he nailed it! The whole experience was wonderful.

The place is clean and modern, packed with comforts and an on‑site restaurant. The location isn’t ideal, but it’s still very close to the port, and you can grab a ride with Grab.
