The property is stunning and feels like home; every possible extra touch was appreciated, and the warm greeting and hospitality were perfect. It was quiet and the views were great. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer—if I’d known how perfect it would be, I’d have booked more nights. Next time we’ll do just that!

This property was amazing! Nick the owner was incredible, what a host! The cottage and grounds were incredible. The bed was so comfortable you didn’t want to get up. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and delicious. This is by far one of the most relaxing places we’ve ever stayed! We loved everything, zero concerns!

Nick goes out of his way to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. From a stocked refrigerator to towel warmers he has thought of everything possible to make it as cozy and warm as possible. No complaints.

Nick made us feel right at home and I’ve never experienced such generosity in a place. He stocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, juice, chocolates, fresh bread, and even cooked breakfast for us every morning. My husband was instructed to give me chocolates while I soaked in the lovely claw bath with a selection of bath bombs and bubble bath—what else could a girl want? The peaceful setting, cozy fire, and charming little deck overlooking the pond were beautiful even on a rainy day, and the geese that came and went at regular intervals added a lovely touch. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer.
