The place was absolutely disgusting, gross, disappointing, and a health hazard. There were no working elevators to reach the 3rd‑story room; I had to use the stairs. Room 325 was deplorable: dead roaches on the floor, human and pet hair from previous guests, mold or bed‑bug residue on the bed and pillows, and nasty stained pillowcases—just downright disgusting. The towels were old, worn, and dingy. Front‑desk staff showed no customer‑service skills and were rude. I received an immediate refund and had to find new accommodation. It was terrible; I would never stay here again, even if it were free.
