The location, room and people were good.
I liked the location and the staff, but the breakfasts were disappointing, the room was subpar, and the staff’s attitude towards pets felt aggressive.

I loved the spot behind Sultan Ahmed and Toub Kabi, close to the tram and Marble. The reception and staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied, and the kitchen staff constantly refreshed it with a smile. However, older guests won’t find an elevator.
Excellent location and hotel staff. Very friendly, clean and the breakfast was amazing. I truly love everything about this hotel; this is the second time I came to stay here for my birthday.
