A stunning boutique hotel in a quiet area near the historic centre, by the waterfront with a view of Table Mountain. The owner was impeccable, ready to meet any request and delight us with superb, freshly prepared breakfast. Parking was in front of the residence with no issues. Highly recommended.

A charming little house that was spotlessly clean and well maintained, right in the heart of town. Having a small kitchen was a real bonus because it meant we didn’t have to hunt for a café when we woke up early, and the cooked breakfast I had one morning was lovely. Batsi, the residence manager, was incredibly friendly and quick to respond, even arranging a taxi driver to show us around Franschoek. The only hiccup was a brief electrical problem, but Batsi fixed it within 15‑20 minutes after I mentioned it.

The setting was lovely and the location convenient. The host was fantastic, very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond when a booking issue arose. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The room was acceptable but offered no view, looking straight into another building, which wasn’t what we expected. On top of that, a R550 cleaning fee was added as a price fixing.
