“Très bel hôtel au calme”
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. Our double room was in a quiet spot, great for rest. However, if you want to hit the livelier areas, expect about 45 minutes to reach the centre of Phuket on the east side of the island, and almost an hour to get to the south. We also avoided swimming in the sea because of jellyfish. The ocean‑view suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very varied, with a buffet and à‑la‑carte options. The restaurant was good, albeit a bit pricier than elsewhere. The outdoor areas were lovely and well kept: a superb garden and a nice pool with jacuzzi. The small beach was a bit dirty after a storm, but still pleasant. Special thanks to the young man at reception, sweet and attentive. A wonderful address we recommend without hesitation! The hotel is in a calm area, which is very pleasant and relaxing. Yet, if you want to reach busier spots, you’ll need about 45 minutes by car to get to the centre of Phu Quoc on the west side of the island, and close to an hour for the big events in the south. The hotel provides kayaks, which is great, but we noticed many jellyfish, so we didn’t swim.
