We stayed in a double room and everything was fantastic from start to finish; we had a personnel mishandling issue, but Rocío handled it with a smile and resolved it kindly, the whole staff is a 10, the location is perfect, a magnificent place to unwind.

The service, facilities, cleanliness and location were all 10; everything I liked, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

The location is fantastic, the front desk staff very friendly, nothing else, everything was great.

Everything was spectacular: cleaning, décor, comfort, spacious.

The service received, cleanliness, location, breakfast, and room size were all good; the emergency green light in the room is quite uncomfortable at night, hard to sleep in front of it, and the slit under the door let hallway light leak in.
