The bed was comfortable, the room was large, the location was excellent, and the staff were warm and charming. The bathrooms and shower were very unpleasant; in the sink area for brushing teeth there was no soap, the towels looked old, there was no safe for valuables, and the pool was uninviting.

This is a superb hotel with a magnificent pool, staff who are both kind and welcoming, a royal breakfast, a large and comfortable room, close proximity to the city center and a night market right next door, plus bicycles available for easy travel to temples and the museum.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, it's perfectly located for sightseeing and the bus station is just a short walk away. My room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great view of the pool. I also appreciated the chill box with cold beers and soft drinks - it was a thoughtful touch. However, the breakfast was a letdown, with limited options and eggs that weren't freshly cooked.

I was delighted with this hotel, which offered a great combination of cleanliness, comfortable beds, and a peaceful location on the outskirts of the city. The spacious rooms, pool, and parking facilities made it an ideal base for exploring Nan, and I appreciated being within a 10-minute walk of the city center. In the evenings, I enjoyed dining in the nearby town.
