The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the food was also good, but I would rate the food a 10.

Best location for the event we needed to attend. Clean , nice facilities , improved elevator loading and queiing, lively helpful elevator staff. However house keeping did not bring the water refill we requested , and two front desk ladies at check in were chatting too long with the first check in guest , took too long to help those of us in the long line. They could have just asked us to form two lines
