The staff are welcoming, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfy, the toiletries luxurious, and breakfast is great. Nothing negative.

I’ve stayed four times, twice before the renovations and twice after, and it still never disappoints. The location is amazing and the staff fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, with a huge variety of options. The pool is simply amazing. The Azul team happily prepared pasta for our kid even though it wasn’t on the menu, which was highly appreciated. The Kids Club was completely closed in mid‑September and we weren’t told that beforehand; we couldn’t leave our child there and couldn’t even use the playground ourselves. Several pool sunbeds now cost an extra €250, a new fee compared to last year, which feels excessive; those beds stayed empty the whole week. The Azul menu’s food quality has declined compared with previous stays and feels more like fast food than the high‑quality cuisine we experienced before. Overall still 10/10 – we’re big fans of the hotel and will happily return, but we noticed some downgrades that we hope will be addressed.

The bedrooms are amazing with very comfortable beds. The rooftop bar was closed one day.

The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and it was very positive that they even provided sunscreen on the poolside. The sunbeds weren’t fully booked; there was space in all time slots, both in shade and sun, so everyone got a spot. The kitchen was a weaker point. Every element of the César salad was cold and felt pre‑made rather than freshly assembled. The paella on the poolside was outrageously greasy, and in the big heat it seemed inedible to me, so after those two dishes we stopped eating at the hotel.
