The staff were really helpful and responsive. I was given a room that had a faulty door, so I asked for a change and they immediately set up a different room for me to inspect before confirming. Food could be delivered to the room by a robot. The location was convenient, but the walk to metro Line 7 was crowded with electric scooters, making it sometimes hard to walk; the walk to metro Line 13 was much smoother. The cleaning of the room was inconsistent, but not terrible.

The hotel was great, very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.

The location is superb - so convenient for getting around. Shame the rooms don't have a mini-fridge, would've been really useful. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but a bit pricey considering what you get. Staff were friendly, though.
