The place is very clean, but the mattress was too firm for me and the toilet seat didn’t stay open on its own because the bathroom is so tight, which was a bit annoying. The key situation was also a hassle; I understand why guests need to pick up the key at reception for every outing, but if you forget something in the room you have to stop at reception to retrieve it, then return the key, and then go back out again, which is inconvenient.
