The hotel was very clean, with a great selection of restaurants for the evening. The staff were smiling, welcoming, and always ready to help, making for a pleasant stay in a tidy setting. Overall a good stay, but there are several areas for improvement: the bars all look the same and the drink selection is insufficient for a 5‑star hotel. The Wi‑Fi is very unstable and clearly falls short of the advertised standard. Finally, the front desk staff repeatedly insist that guests leave a good rating, which can be off‑putting; reviews should reflect the true guest experience without pressure.

I had booked another hotel in Hurghada but ended up just traveling from that other place and checking in here instead. I was at Pickalbatros White Beach last year and was very satisfied, and this hotel was no worse. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, plenty of good food and drinks, and plenty to choose from. I highly recommend taking a trip here!

Room and hotel was spotless. Food is very good including the à la carte restaurants. All staff were very pleasant and can’t do enough for you. Big shout out to Belal Mohamed , worked tirelessly all day at the beach keeping guests fully hydrated if you know what I mean. Also the Guest manager could do enough to make sure you stay is special. Honestly you have to be very picky to find fault with the hotel. Two small improvements which I could suggest. The sound system from the entertainment,for me was a little louder and I would prefer cushioned sun beds around the pool like at the beach
