The spot was convenient, close to a restaurant, convenience store, and laundry, but the room was tiny and poorly organized. The toilet was blocked, forcing us to change rooms, and the staff were unfriendly and misrepresented the room: they claimed a queen bed, but the staff said it was actually two single beds. We were very disappointed. Eventually the staff gave us a queen bed room, but it remained a small space and not worth the price. Other hotels are better; I won’t stay here again.

The mattress was okay, but everything else was bad: the mattress was hard and painful to sleep on. The staff were rude, especially the Bangladeshi/Pakistani lady—please remove her. The hotel was poorly organized, dark, and the hallway lights were insufficient. The door was a broken shop‑front door that was hard to open. The room’s lighting should be improved for elderly guests with low vision.

Aircond dgn bed je ok. Bising sebab drilling. No towel provided. Counter cakap nak bagi bila tnya lagi buat mcm macam tak reti. Please letak cashier yg mesra pelanggan sikit. Yang dri India tu x fhm even in english pun dia kejap paham kejap tak paham. Dalam bilik atas bocor kena kt katil single. Ade lubang atas siling. No room service cleaning utk yg stay lebih 1 ari. Cawan2 kotor. Takde kettle electric. Power plug ada 1 je. Please add more. Pintu tu tolong la buat pakai card atau better betulkan tempat kunci. Susah bukak and lock balik. Add more lights kt tangga utk org tua yg very low vision boleh jatuh. Smelly, boleh add perfumes utk hotel especially kt counter. This is my second experience. This hotel mmg high chances boleh level up star. Walaupun hotel budget
