We’re always very satisfied…service…location…room…food…everything is great, though it’s quite pricey; you don’t get this level of luxury every year, so we’ll come back! I’d like to highlight Mr Ahmed E., who was very friendly and accommodating—super! Prices in Mayabay are exorbitant, but the service and food are 1A. The Shimmers procedures were not great—uncoordinated, but it’s just reopened.

Breakfast is simply magnificent, with a wide variety of dishes for every taste. The friendly and smiling waiters greeted us every morning.

Jumeirah Al Naseem is the first hotel in the chain that I visited, and its location is superb—easy to reach Emirates Mall. The staff are friendly and the service is top‑level. The Palmery restaurant offers a wide range of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the chef personally brought us some plates. Rooms are huge with enormous bathrooms, and the whole hotel is surrounded by lush greenery. The beach features white sand and crystal‑clear water. Buggies roam the property, capable of taking guests between this hotel and others in the network, from Mars Al Arab to Al Qasr. Nearby is a small Souk Madinat market where you can buy souvenirs. Overall, everything is wonderful. I was a bit disappointed that it seemed like only one main pool was operational; I recall there being three. We couldn’t access the Adults pool and another small pool that was under renovation, but the upgrades are a plus. Also, there are many birds on the beach and near the pool hunting for food, which I didn’t notice at Mars Al Arab—perhaps they have some deterrents there, I’m not sure.
