Nothing worked. The room was infested with cockroaches, the sheets were so stale that I slept in my sleeping bag, and it felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned in years.

The staff were very nice. When we asked to change rooms because of the mess, they kindly agreed. Still, the place was far from clean—hair on the sheets, stains, holes, and sheets that didn’t smell good. The room and bathroom had a horrible odor, and nothing was tidy.
