The location is very central. The room was listed on Booking for 132,000 COP and advertised with a window and garden view, but our room had neither. The receptionist was very unkind and unhelpful. Free parking was listed, but upon arrival he claimed that parking was only available until 10:30 PM, meaning there was no overnight parking. After an argument, he eventually allowed us to park overnight. There was also a constant sound of running water coming through the walls throughout the entire night, which made it difficult to sleep. The shower had no hot water and there was no proper shower head—the water came out as a single strong jet. The location is very central, which is convenient, but if you stay over the weekend, expect loud music from nearby bars until the early hours of the morning.
