The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were huge and lovely.
The room was spotless and massive, with a great view to boot.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, with most of the main tourist spots just a short walk away.
The view from the high floor was great, and we could see the sea.

Good location, perfect view. Cleaning every day. Tasty breakfast. Coffee anytime at the reception with complimentary cookies. Comfortable beds with fresh linen. 500 bath for the lost access card during check‑out is too much! Late check‑out is chargeable (100 bath per hour).

Smooth and fast check‑in. The room is massive, old style, but the view from the room is amazing! Large terrace, comfortable sofa and beds, tasty and cheap breakfast (brought to the room), free good coffee and cookies at the reception area. Everyday room cleaning. Construction just behind the hotel. Very noisy during the day. There are only a kettle, few plates with cutlery (no knives), cups and small glasses in the kitchen.
The rooms are large. Near a supermarket. Be careful, there’s no way to shorten the stay for any reason… don’t take too many days, it can ruin the whole trip. The kitchen is under renovation. The beach is a bit far from the hotel and dull.

Location is great!. Lobby, Breakfast, the building . Disappointing Stay Despite Great Potential Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of expectations. The breakfast was not great, and the overall condition of the property needs significant attention. The building is showing its age with poor maintenance throughout. There were visible stains and dust on doors, furniture, and shelves - areas that clearly need deep cleaning. It's disappointing to see such neglect when the rooms themselves offer generous space and potential. This property could be so much better with proper upkeep. A thorough renovation and comprehensive deep cleaning would make a world of difference. The foundation is there with spacious rooms, but they really need to take better care of this building to match its potential. I hope management addresses these maintenance issues soon, as the hotel has good bones but currently fails to deliver on cleanliness and upkeep standards
