The staff were very helpful, especially the duty manager, Seven, and the concierge, Sherlock. The front desk staff could communicate in English, which made everything much easier for me. I was also pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake, as the duty manager kindly noticed it was my birthday while assisting me. This thoughtful gesture made my stay extra special. Thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service!

The amenities were more like a 3‑star hotel; the fridge had no cold drinks, and laundry couldn’t be done. A toothbrush stayed under the toilet the whole time, indicating it wasn’t cleaned, and the fruit plate (apple/banana) was rarely replenished.

It isn’t right in the center; walking to May Fourth Square takes about 15 minutes. Next door is a KFC in case you’re hungry at night.

The location was perfect, close to the waterfront and a short taxi ride to lovely beaches. A large shopping mall is within a 5‑minute walk with many dining options. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The bathroom was a good size with both a shower and a bath. However, the king‑size bed was of poor quality; it was an old design that didn’t distribute weight well, so it sagged and creaked when moved. The bedside cabinets were not cleaned daily, nor was the shelf—only the table and floor were cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned well.
