We had a mix‑up with our room type because of our dog, but the staff were super understanding, friendly, and quick to give us a new room. It wasn’t huge, yet it felt cozy and comfy for our baby, toddler, and dog. The platform bed and large TV were great, and walking to the Switchbacks game was a breeze. Everything else was fine; I just wish we’d tried the lobby food.

The location and cleanliness were spot on. The check‑in at the bar counter was a hassle; we had to ask for service because the bartenders ignored us for five minutes or more.

I booked online for a “boutique” hotel, but it was just a no‑frills place. There was no safety deposit box, the “bed” was only a mattress on a raised floor, rooms were tiny, and the highway noise kept me up all night.

I loved the vibe of the hotel and the rooms. The central downtown location and proximity to the highway were perfect. The only downside was the lack of hotel keys, no iron in the room, and only three hangers for two people to share while we tried to hang up our clothes for the long weekend.
