The spot is very good, just a stone’s throw from the Kotva pool and the park, but the room and terrace are very small, the view faces the street, and it was noisy.

The hotel is well located. Directly opposite is the thermal bath. There are also parking spaces at the hotel. The room had a balcony.

The place sits right next to the Kotvata aqua centre and a park, with a solid café and a couple of pubs just around the corner. Location is spot‑on, the room was spotless and the owner was genuinely friendly and helpful.
