The communication and location are excellent, all basic services are within walking distance, the cleanliness and room space are wonderful, the staff are great, hopefully this will be our first home in Riyadh; everything is beautiful.

The communication with the guests was very good, but the breakfast was only good.

The hotel is clean, located in Al‑Raed, close to the metro, near Plaza with Tamimi markets, Harvi Mac, Baskin Robbins, and other unnamed restaurants; the breakfast buffet is simple and needs improvement, otherwise everything is nice and tidy.
